Alapala, one of the world’s leading milling technology providers, has expanded its footprint in South America with the successful commissioning of a state-of-the-art maize milling facility for Rei de Ouro, one of Brazil’s most prominent food producers.
The newly completed facility, located in Brazil, has a production capacity of 750 tons per day (TPD) and is equipped with advanced automation systems, high-efficiency process design, and modern quality control technologies. Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality food products in the region, the project underscores Alapala’s ability to deliver customized, high-performance milling solutions to the global grain processing industry.
Rei de Ouro, founded in 1977, is widely recognized in Brazil and across Latin America for its broad portfolio of food and beverage products, including corn flakes, potato chips, starch, milk drinks, and powdered beverages. With a strong distribution network reaching both domestic and neighboring markets, the company has built a reputation for its dedication to quality, innovation, and consumer trust.
