Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company operating in the livestock nutrition sector, has appointed Paul Kropp as executive vice president.
Kropp brings more than three decades of experience in the agricultural and animal health industries. During his career, he has held leadership roles focused on revenue growth, market expansion and the development of strategic partnerships.
According to the company, Kropp has also worked extensively on building high-performing teams and developing partnerships aimed at supporting long-term organizational growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Oklahoma State University.
“His knowledge and experience will enable our team to deliver even more value for our customers,” said Kevin Levi, president of Ridley Block Operations, commenting on the appointment.
