The USPOULTRY Foundation has announced that company registrations are now open for the 2026 College Student Career Program, which will take place in conjunction with the 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE).
For more than five decades, the College Student Career Program has served as a key platform linking poultry industry employers with talented students from across the United States. The initiative continues to play an essential role in workforce development and in building the future of the poultry and egg industry.
The 2026 program is scheduled to run from Tuesday afternoon, January 27, through noon on Thursday, January 29, in Atlanta. More than 600 students representing colleges and universities nationwide are expected to attend.
Designed to connect motivated students with industry recruiters and human resource managers, the event provides companies with a direct opportunity to identify and hire emerging talent. Over its long history, the program has proven to be one of the most effective and well-established career events in the poultry and egg sector.
Participation is open to USPOULTRY, the Meat Institute, the American Feed Industry Association, and member companies from poultry, meat, feed, and allied industries. Students attending the program represent a diverse range of disciplines, including poultry and animal science, agribusiness, agricultural engineering, food science, supply chain management, biosystems engineering, and related fields.
Confirmed interviewers will receive complimentary IPPE registration. The USPOULTRY Foundation encourages interested companies to sign up early, as interview space is limited.
