The Silo Seminar 2026, organised by FAMSUN, took place on 5–6 September at the Radisson Hotel MG Road in New Delhi, India. The seminar, which focused on the fields of grain storage, handling and processing, was attended by 148 industry professionals from 93 companies.
The event featured the sharing of knowledge and experience regarding the future of the sector, alongside discussions on grain storage, handling and processing technologies. The two-day programme included technical presentations, evaluations and sessions designed to facilitate the exchange of views amongst participants.
Daniele Zotti, PK Bhardwaj, Charanjit Singh and Abhinay G. spoke at the seminar, delivering presentations within their respective fields of expertise. In addition to the technical content, the programme provided an opportunity for industry professionals to come together and share their knowledge and experience.
Grain storage and processing were on the agenda
The main focus of the FAMSUN Silo Seminar 2026 was the technologies used in grain storage, handling and processing. Through presentations and discussions, participants had the opportunity to assess developments in the sector and gain insight into different practices.
It was noted that approximately 31 people were involved in the organisation process, and it was stated that the seminar brought together industry professionals from various companies around a common agenda.
The FAMSUN Silo Seminar 2026 concluded as a gathering aimed not only at sharing technical knowledge but also at fostering new connections among participants and bringing industry professionals together.
