Countdown Begins for the 20th TUSAF International Congress: The Sector Gathers in Antalya

As the countdown continues for the 20th International Congress and Exhibition to be organised this year by the Turkish Flour Industry Federation (TUSAF), sectoral interest in the event is growing. The event, to be held at the Antalya Kaya Palazzo Belek Hotel between 12 and 15 February 2026, is preparing to bring together national and international stakeholders in the flour and grain sector.

Held under the main theme of ‘Climate Resilience and the Future of Trade,’ the congress will comprehensively address the effects of climate change on agricultural production, food security, and global trade. The transformation in global supply chains, new trade models, and sustainability-focused strategies will be discussed with the assessments of expert speakers in the field.

Agriculture and Forestry Minister İbrahim Yumaklı is expected to attend the conference, which will bring together representatives from the public sector, academia and the private sector, attracting attention with its multi-stakeholder structure. Alongside international participants, the conference will feature leading company executives and experts from the sector, aiming to contribute to the development of new cooperation opportunities as well as knowledge sharing.

The exhibition area, organised concurrently with the congress, will showcase the sector's current and innovative solutions, ranging from milling technologies to storage and laboratory systems. The exhibition area is expected to serve as an important networking and business development platform for industry professionals.

The TUSAF International Congress and Exhibition continues to be a prestigious platform in its 20th year, where the sectoral agenda is set and global developments are evaluated in a multifaceted manner. With only a few days left until the event, high participation and a strong agenda are expected.
