The 2026 Latin American Poultry Summit will take place on Monday, January 26, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Organized in conjunction with the International Poultry Expo, part of the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), the event is co-hosted by the Latin American Poultry Association.
The one-day program is set to highlight global trends influencing the management of poultry companies in Latin America. Topics will include tools for turning data into business decisions, the role of artificial intelligence and smart technologies, strategies for consumer communication, and the use of light as a factor in farm climate management. A roundtable session with chief executives from egg companies is also planned.
In addition to its technical agenda, the Summit will provide networking opportunities through a luncheon, coffee breaks, and a reception. Students and advisors from the USPOULTRY Foundation International Student Program will receive special recognition during the event.
Now in its tenth year, the Latin American Poultry Summit has established itself as a forum for poultry professionals in the region to learn about emerging technologies, hear from experts in animal health and food safety, and exchange ideas with industry leaders.
The Summit precedes the 2026 IPPE, which will be held from January 27 to 29 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
