Alapala Holding has announced a key senior-level appointment as part of its ongoing efforts to reinforce its corporate governance framework and support its long-term strategic goals.
As of 1 January 2026, Cengiz Tiryakioğlu has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Alapala Holding. Tiryakioğlu, who currently serves as General Manager of DEPART and AB Industries—both group companies under the Alapala Holding umbrella—will continue in his executive roles alongside his new board responsibilities.
With a professional career spanning nearly three decades, Tiryakioğlu has held senior management positions across multiple industries since 1996. He joined the Alapala Group in 2016 as General Manager of DEPART and later assumed leadership of AB Industries, where he has played a central role in advancing the companies’ operational performance and strategic direction.
Recognised for his extensive expertise in milling technologies, automation systems and industrial solutions, Tiryakioğlu has contributed significantly to the group’s innovation capacity and global competitiveness.
Alapala Holding stated that his industry knowledge and managerial experience are expected to provide strong added value at the board level, particularly in supporting sustainable growth objectives, corporate vision and long-term planning. With this appointment, the group aims to further strengthen its leadership structure and continue expanding its effectiveness in international markets.
