IAOM Eurasia 2025

With a legacy of 129 years, the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) stands as the world’s largest non-profit professional association for grain milling. Bringing together millers and trade representatives from around the globe, IAOM is dedicated to advancing education, training, and innovation in industry-related fields. Through its 10 directorates in the United States and 4 international directorates, IAOM provides a unique platform for the exchange of ideas, technological developments, educational opportunities, and business networking.

The Eurasia Region of IAOM encompasses 32 countries with a combined population exceeding 2 billion and an economy of $7.1 trillion. This dynamic region is home to some of the world’s leading wheat producers and flour exporters. Russia, with an annual wheat production of 71.6 million tons, accounts for 10% of global wheat output and nearly one-third of the region’s production. Other significant producers include Ukraine (25 million tons), Kazakhstan (16 million tons), and Turkey (19 million tons). Together, these countries underscore Eurasia’s pivotal role in global food security and trade.

Against this backdrop, the IAOM Eurasia Conference and Exhibition will convene millers, industry leaders, and solution providers from across Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey, the Caucasus, and Central Asian Republics. Strong participation is also anticipated from the USA, Middle East, and Africa, ensuring a truly global gathering. The event will unite a wide spectrum of sector stakeholders, including grain, flour, pasta, bulgur, and feed producers, alongside milling machinery manufacturers, laboratory equipment suppliers, traders, packaging companies, grain storage specialists, and material providers.

We are honored to invite you to the IAOM Eurasia Conference and Exhibition, which will take place on September 3–6, 2025, at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel, Istanbul. This important international forum will be conducted in Turkish, English, and Russian, reflecting the diversity and inclusivity of the industry.
